letsplaylive Basic subscription allows access to tournaments with prize pools up to AU$100, includes the Tournament Builder, and offers a 10% discount on all shop items. letsplaylive Premium subscription includes all Basic benefits, but also provides a 10% discount on tournament entry fees and access to tournaments without without prize pool limitations.
No, subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you wish to cancel your plan, you have to ensure your auto-renewal of the plan is set to be “Off”. After the end of your current subscription plan, your plan will naturally end and will not be renewed.
